    Trade all-or-nothing thinking for consistent action. Even 1% progress every week adds up.

  3. Build in Reflection

    Every goal should come with a built-in checkpoint. Ask: Is this still relevant? Is it working? The goalpost can move — as long as you’re the one moving it.
